Hello
Go to page #26 on the technician guide below for LE troubleshooting . The attachment shows how to diagnose and repair a failed hall sensor, the usual cause of an LE error code.
DO NOT replace the stator until the hall sensor has been tested. 98% of LE error codes are
caused by failed hall sensors.

Pre Check
1) Gentle wash cycles, such as Perm Press, Dedicates, Hand Wash, and Wool/Silk should only be used for
smaller loads. Because these cycles are more gentle in tumbling and spinning, putting too much in the
drum can register an issue with the motor. Remove items, reset unit and test with a Rinse/Spin cycle.
2) Don’t replace the PCB when the hall sensor is replaced.
Check the hall sensor as shown in the new process. Matt Ace technician

Thank you for the information. The Video link is not for the model number we submitted. Are the diagnostics the same on both units, along with error codes and repair process?

The diagnostics and hall sensor are for your exact model. We did not have your exact model videos series as of yet. We will very soon.
