Sometimes that message comes up and sometimes it finishes cycle no problem. What could be causing that? I did some research and found the control board to be the culprit. Board is no longer available. Is there a repair that can be made to the board? Like replacing capacitor, relay, etc.?

Hi. Yes, this does sound like a relay issue on the board. Could be loose wiring or outlet, but with what you have described is sounds like a board issue. I, also show the board is No longer available. Usually the issue is with the motor relay. You would need to find a company that repairs circuit boards to repair this for you or find you the correct relay to replace.

Do you happen to know which relay on the board that is? I also see one of the capacitor bulged up so that capacitor is definitely bad. Could be the reason why it is saying “sensor is disabled” when I do a system check.

That capacitor could be your whole issue. Since it is visually bad I would start with that. Unfortunately, I am not able to find a wire schematic on this unit so I do not know what relay is the motor relay is. The tech sheet with this information should be located in the control panel.
