Hi. Check that you have proper voltage. Does anything happen when you try to start the unit? Any sounds? Beeps, clicks, humming? A lot of things will cause no start. door switch, belt switch, fuses, control, motor.

Customer said he had power to the fuse, but won’t start
-
Nothing happens, no lights, no beeps, clicks, or humming. Got power and the fuse is good

Check door switch and belt switch. Check for power out of control
-
If door switch or belt switch is bad, would that cause nothing to light up?
-
No, It would not. Control board, U.I., power issue. I do not think a bad thermal fuse would cause no lights either. You need to check your power to the board
