What are the most common problems causing a GE profile to no cool properly ie 33 degrees in freezer and 50 degrees in refrigerator

Se e technician information links below. On a dual evaporator system with above normal temperatures in both sections would indicate a starved evaporator or ( Low refrigerant charge ) . Or a possible frosted coil with a defrost issue. Since you are getting 33 degrees in the freezer tells me your compressor is running and the inverter board is powering the compressor. I would remove the cover to the freezer evaporator to see if it has an even frost pattern, Or if you have heavy frost on the coil that would indicate a part of your defrost system is not functioning. If it is not frosted you will need to tap the system to determine if its a low refrigerant charge. Matt Ace technician
