the led assembly eav62052301 comes with a sensor. I replace this part becuase lg tech support told me that this would take care of it but it did not.

See the link below with the troubleshooting guide. Do you have any error codes ? I would start on page #22 troubleshooting. There are many possibility that would cause a frost build up and freezing food in fresh food section. Have you have checked the door seals and and made sure all doors are closing without obstructions. Have you checked the defrost system and the defrost sensor. Is the refrigerate damper motor closing when the refrigerator temperature is satisfied ? These are the most apparent issues that can cause these issues. Matt Ace technician
