Customer says fridge is warm on both sides, i am thinking it is a defrost problem so my question is where is the adc control or the defrost timer on this beast?

Hi. This unit uses the control to cycle into defrost. P# 241739704. It could be a defrost issue, or an evap or condenser fan motor nor running, ir a sealed system issue,

Brian would the seal system keep the fridge from not running???

Here is the tech info. ftp://ftp.electrolux-na.com/ProdInfo_PDF/Anderson/240389639.pdf . A sealed system issue will not cause the unit to stop running. You would still have fans and compressor running.
