See the links below and in the service guide go to section 4-1 troubleshooting. It sounds like your symptom is caused by a part of your defrost system that is defective or a evaporator fan motor issue . Section 4-1 on page #30 will take you through test mode to get the error codes to tell you the exact issue. Then on page page #33 you can read all of the error codes and what they mean.
