How to diagnose 3 way valve. No frost is going to fresh food evaporator. Freezer is normal and freezing.

What have you tried so far?
Checked evaporator thermistor in ice water. It’s good. Put it in fresh food cooling during test and no frost on fresh food evaporator. Replaced main board. Still the same.
