Customer did a total meltdown and problem still remains. Freezer temp is 0 degrees and fridge is at 24 degrees. Water line frozen again.

Hi. I have attached the tech sheet for you. Make sure air flow is good with supply and return vents. Make sure nothing is blocking air flow. Verify proper operation or evaporator fan motor. In the bottom right hand corner of the tech sheet is the diagnostic mode and error codes. See if you are getting any errors. You could have an issue with the FF thermistor. p # 240597203. Or possibly an issue with the main control.
