No matter where the control is set it freezes every thing.
How do I test this unit?
I need a service manual and tech sheet and any advice you can give
I did notice the evaporator had an incomplete frost pattern and the condenser temperature was 108 degrees with the ambient temperature 82 then the unit kicked off so I don’t know how long it was running before except the water bottles were frozen

Go to this link http://b2b.frigidaire.com/support/manuals.asp put in your model number and see if it comes up for you. If it does not from the website you may need to update your explorer browser. It will show you how to update at the Frigidare website. We can open the file on this end.

Hello, You want to make sure the air damper door is not broken. You also need to be sure the fresh food thermistor is within range. I’ve attached the tech sheet for this unit.

I 8th always used my smartphone and have never had this trouble. Isn’t there a normal drop box application?
