Customer says that over 7 techs already visited him to try to solve freezer still warm issue.
There is no frost build up near evaporator coil. Heater, thermostat and fan inside freezer work.
customer says previous techs suspected a leak or sealed system failure. They changed compressor, 3 way valve, control board in freezer and fresh food section fridge. But freezer still warm. If the compressor is new could they have missed the start relay before the compressor ? Does it always have to “click” before you determine it is bad ?

Hi. There is a service pointer on this unit. You will need to make sure it is for you model AND Serial number. I have attached it for you. If so, the correct fix for this would be to replace the fresh food evaporator. Before you start you need to go into the diagnostic mode and put the valve into the home position for reclaiming and recharging. This job can be very long and frustrating.
