Unit works good on refrigerator side but the freezer has high temp 37F. -Not going down to 0 degree.
ICE maker works good. the refrigerator works really good 37F.

Reset and factory reset. checked any ice build up on evaporate coil (None)

Hi. Have you verified that the evaporator fan motor is running in the freezer? Was the frost pattern even on the coils? Check for any error codes and run diagnostics. I have attached the service manual for your unit.
