We found our ice team getting soft and realized the freezer was not doing its job. After a little looking around we found the air outlets on the back panel of the fridge were iced over. I then removed the back panel and found the evaporator coil iced up. The fan had a history of being noisy since it was new so I figured the fan died and the lack of air flow over the coil caused all of my problems. I replaced the back panel assy. Which included the fan. This did not fix my problem. The freezer is reading 65 and the fridge is at 38. I do not here the new fan run at all. I do appreciate any and all help you may provide and parts that I can purchase through you.

Thank you,
Mike Wynne

Mike, The main control board sends power to the evaporator fan motor. If you installed a new evaporator motor and still cannot get the motor to run you should check for voltage to the evaporator motor. If you have no voltage then replaced you main control board. I have sent you a link to the repair manuals for your model just click below.
