Found a lot of frost on the food inside the refrigerator. The fans an compressor seem to be coming on, temps are reading correct, and I’m not finding any mechanical/electrical issues. Am I missing something or is it just a fluke? Charged a service call and told the customer to monitor and let me know.

Gary, this happens a lot when the door has been left ajar or not closed completely. that warm air creates a lot of ice/frost on items and then eventually disappears when closed up and left to reset on it’s own if caught fairly early on. Hope that helps!
