How do I test the damper and where is it on this model? The quick cool LED beside the controls stays green and when it is turned on it gets a little brighter( if that means anything. What does it sound like is the issue?

What have you tried so far?
The temperatures are 23 and -4. The settings were (fz 4) and FF 1. The thermosors were FF1=15.29 ohms ; FF2=17.65; Evap=51.3 ; FZ =34.7.

Hi. I have attached the service manual as well as a repair video. This is a common issue on these units. The damper door breaks off causing this issue. Electrically your damper will still test good. You will need to replace the damper assembly to repair this unit.
