Hi. More that likely you have a faulty wash motor or control board. make sure you do not have any loose connections at the motor or control. Make sure you have proper voltage and no damaged wires. To determine which part is faulty get to the control board and check voltage at the wash motor wires. The wash motor wires are light blue. IF you have a steady 120v as the wash motor starts and stops then you have a bad wash motor. If the voltage jumps around and is not steady when that motor starts and stops then your control is faulty. Note that the wash motor does pulse on and off 4 times any time it initially starts or the unit is paused/ door opened.
