Been having a problem that the freezer and refer not reaching set temps. This morning when it was quiet I could hear the fan motor cycling. Run for 10 seconds then off for 1 or 2 seconds and then back on again over and over.

Lynn, there are two fan motors. The evaporator fan motor in the freezer and the condenser fan motor in back to cool down your compressor. Which motor is cycling on and off ?
