Origonally the double oven had F64 Error code while either oven was on. Both fans working, we changed out the main control board. Now F64 error code after the top oven runs for a minute. The bottom oven works half the time, other half F64 pops up. There is no sell switch in this unit. We then replaced both cooling fans in both the upper and lower oven. Now after a while both ovens are not working and they have the original error code. What do we do next? Customer does not want to replace oven.

Hi. That’s strange that the fans and board did not take care of the issue. The only thing left would be a strange voltage or wiring issue. If those fans have hall sensors built into them then there shouldn’t be an air switch which would be located under the lower trim panel. I have attached the service manual for you. Hopefully it helps. It dose not talk about the error code but does go into depth about the fan motor operation.
