Customer called and said after canning on top burners for 5 hours they tried to use the oven the f30 code came up and the oven will not do anything. As soon as you try to turn the oven on the code comes on and you have to touch the cancel button to get it to stop beeping. I have no idea what f30means. Do you have any ideas. Thanks

The Frigidaire glass top slide-in Range model # PLES389ECH has a habit of triggering a F30 error code , which according to the table of error codes implies an issue with either the Electronic Oven Control (EOC) panel (located beneath the Control Panel Assembly), or the temperature probe itself (located within the main oven cavity, back wall, upper-left corner).
