the customer states that when the machine is cold or warm then she gets the f01 but if it’s on HOT the machine works fine with out an error code

Hello
The F01 error A communication error between the Central Control Unit
(CCU) and the EEPROM onboard the CCU occurred.
Possible Causes/Procedure
■ A power glitch may cause this error.
– Unplug washer or disconnect power for two
minutes.
– The washer should operate on its own dedicated
circuit. If operating on a common circuit, it may
be receiving line noise from other appliances.
– Check CCU operation by running same cycle with
same loads in which the failure was observed.
MAIN RELAYS ERROR
One of the main relays is not working properly.
Possible Causes/Procedure
■ The relay might be welded replace CCU board
