I checked the thermostat and fuse, both seemed fine. The element was just replaced by me last year so I don’t think it’s that.

Alan, my best guess would be to check the heater again, it’s possible it’s the culprit again. Also be sure to check your air flow at the venting and outside, they get clogged and can cause the dryer to not heat. As for it running all the time, I’d say your first check should be the timer itself if you can get behind that front panel. I’ll list the part information for that below. Let me know if those two things don’t check out and we’ll diagnose further.
