Hello
The F1 - E5 error is the inverter error. See the complete Job Aid manual and technician sheet. I will consult with other technicians on other possibilities and get back to you later today.
PROCEDURE: on inverter diagnostics , perform steps 1 through 3 of “To
Enter Diagnostics Mode.”
1. Unplug microwave oven or disconnect power.
2. Replace microwave oven inverter.
3. Replace all parts and panels before operating.
4. Plug in microwave oven or reconnect power.
5. Verify operation is normal. Go to Step 1 of “To Enter Diagnostic
Mode” and complete checks.

The manufacture recommends replacing the inverter ,magnatron, and diode together. I have done a few of these. You may have a bad magnatron and it could be damaging the inverter. I would replace all 3 together.
