How do I access all the components to fix magnetron diode fan capacitor and HV CAPACITOR.
Heated water not enough time to disassemble going back again.

Hi. It is hard to say what the burning smell is. When a transformer goes bad you will get a smell but the unit will not heat. You will more than likely need to uninstall the unit to replace those parts. I have attached the tech sheet which on page 7 shows what parts can be access from which location. The microwave will slide out on some of these combo units. I can not see if this one will from the tech sheet. IF you remove the center trim piece between the oven and microwave there will be 2 screws to remove that hold the microwave in place and then it will slide out.

The magnetron thermostat was cooked and one connector came off easily. What can cause abthermostat to fail.
-
I do not see many magnatron t-stats fail. They are ment to fail if the magnatron over heats. Make sure the magnatron is installed properly for air flow to cool it. Make sure the fan is installed and working properly. Did the unit run for an extended period of time? They can just fail because of part failure as well but not likely.

If the wave stirrer malfunctions can that cause overheating of the magnetron or magnetron thermostat.
-
No, it shouldn’t. The stirrer does not have to do with air flow. It distributes the microwaves for better cooking.
