Yesterday I was using it in bulky items cycle with 3 tennis balls to help fluff, and there was a beeping sensor going off while drying – but no error message. I opened the door and switched the cycle to normal. It worked fine and follow up “touch up” cycle also worked twice. I went to use the touch up cycle this morning, mand the light on the inside of the dryer won’t come on, and it won’t start. All of the display cycles light up and seem to work properly, but won’t start. Just gives me three quick beeps as though the dryer door is open. It shuts nice and tight, and the door catches seem to be intact and sturdy. I have had the occasional problem when after starting the dryer, about 30-45 seconds later it would shut off prematurely. When restarted it would go through entire cycle. I’ve ignored that problem since it’s very sporadic. Could they be related? I don’t know if I need one or two new door latch kits or a new door switch?
I tried shutting the door tighter, different cycle settings and wiggling each door latch. Since the inside drum light won’t come on, it is as if the door is not closed properly, but Imdont want to spend money on one or two latches if you think it’s the actual electrical switch.

Laura, it sounds like it may be the user interface board but without testing we cannot be sure. The door switch is the cheapest way to start troubleshooting the issue. If you get an error code please send it to us. I have sent a video link below please watch it. If you need the switch or other parts calls us 7- days a week until 11pm Eastern at 1-800-830-5465.
