Replaced the terminal block and now the dryer will run for 10 seconds or so then shut off. Will restart in roughly 10 min. I am thinking motor, what may be some other suggestions? All power and wires are good.

Have you checked your venting and lint screen ? If your lint screen or venting is plugged it could overheat and shut the unit down on the high limit thermostat. If you are not sure about the vent not being restricted or plugged , clean your lint filter and remove the back vent and see if the unit runs longer than 10 seconds. If it does and you are still have the same issue make sure the terminal block is correctly wired and you have 240 volts. If you have 240 at the block you will need to check for proper voltage at the motor relay, if you have 240 vols at the motor relay replace the motor. See video links below . Matt Ace technician
