I have a combo / stackable washer dryer from Whirlpool. The customer complaint is that it doesn’t shut off. She tried all 3 cycles and it won’t turn off.
Is there a way to check / test the timer? To make sure it’s not anything else. I don’t want to spend the money for a timer ONLY to find out that it could be something else.
I pulled it apart and checked all of the terminals for proper connection. Checked continuity on what I knew to check.

This is an old unit and informational resources for this model are very limited. I did manage to attach a tech wiring diagram with timer chart and the complete job aid. Testing point and values can be found on these attachments with no further information available. Good luck.

Thank you for the quick response. After viewing the chart and job aid, I realized that I am over my head in water. I’ve never been any good with diagrams and troubleshooting schematics. I due know that it’s a 2015 model. They showed me the receipt. That’s part of the frustration. It’s really not that old.
