Hi. There are multiple things that can cause this. The most common would be a broken belt or idler pulley issue. There is a belt switch on this unit. It will cause a no start if the belt came off or broke. The control board could be faulty. I have attached the service manual for you.

Blue wire leading to motor terminal had a meltdown repaired wire replaced motor problem solved thnx for the link
