The gas duet dryer only lights up for touch up mode and 15 minutes. When I turn knob for different settings touch up still stays lit. Automatic controls will not work no matter were control knob is turned. I can adjust settings on right side including time and heat but everything else does nothing. The original complaint was a F01 code.
I replaced main board(wpw10174745) to fix the F01 problem. Replaced both boards for user interface(w10294579) to fix problem with control issue. Cleaned the moisture sensor and checked all connections.

It appears that unless you replaced the center user interface which has a part number of W10031410 that you will need to replace that control also. You did not have that listed as a part number that you installed. if that control has been replaced and you still have same issue then either you have installed a bad part or you very well have a wiring harness issue.

Is the wire harness needed part #10111020? Also part number w10031410 does not fit this model. I looked up and was advised to look at right board when replacing complete display board. Steve

I do show the user interface comes in a kit. P# W10294579 which is what you stated you installed. This is what I would have figured to be the issue or the main board you have installed already. Strange that these did not take care of your issue. Are both the new U.I and main board installed together and it still is not working? W10111011 is the part number of the main harness up top. It looks like the new U.I came with the harness as well that connects them to each other as well as the main board. IF not this is the harness I would be suspecting as the issue. I do not think the main harness has these connections. There is also a communication harness of W10095960.
