have foloower instructions to get into service mode. it mentions: delay wash and extra rinse button. see neither. have rinse with extra rinse option ?

I found a video for for you showing the service mode. The power button will end the test, not the start button.

Door Lock Assembly Tests
1. Enter Service Mode.
2. Run Test 14.
a. Press the Start button to begin the test.
b. The door will lock and the LC will be displayed
in the display.
c. Pressing the Start button again will unlock the
door and UL will be displayed in the display.
Door Lock Assembly Diagnostics
Solenoid Not Operating
1. Disconnect power to unit.
2. Disconnect IMC J701. While holding the door
switch in, check resistance between IMC J701-5
and IMC J101-6.
a. If resistance is greater than 15Ω, check wiring
and replace door lock assembly if wiring is ok.
b. If resistance is ~15Ω replace IMC board.

followed instructions to enter service mode given in manual received (rinse key / delay wash key / rinse key / delay wash key). comes up 02h ? and then rotated knob: shows minutes (102 /118 / 109 etc)

Hi. Once you are in test mode you will need to rotate the knob 4 times to get to your first test mode. This will be for hot water. press start and the hot water valve should turn on. IF you take a look at the service test mode on page 21, you will see that test 3 and 4 will show software versions of the washer.

rotate knob 4 times is not in manual that i can see. plus the first test in the manual shows :test 01- LED & DOOR SWITCH TEST ???????????????

Once you have entered the service mode rotate the knob clockwise once. you should now be in test 1. press start to enter test 1. Test 1 will be the following. Press the Start key to begin the test. •All LED’s on the display will be lit including “8:88” on the seven segment display. •Opening the door will cause the LED’s and seven segment display to blink while the door is open. This verifies operation of the door switch. If you rotate the knob clockwise 4 times you will be in test 4 for your hot water valve. press start and the hot water valve should turn on. Pressing start again should end what ever test you are on.
