Customer states the dispenser starts pouring water at at random intermittently. We are not sure where to go for solution

Hi. I could not look up your model number. Please double check that model number. The first thing i would suspect and check would be the water dispenser paddle and switches. If dispenser components or switches are damaged they could be causing this issue. Let me know if you need any further assistance.
