The refrigerator side is not keeping cool enough. The door just falls open and appears to have no suction. Normally on this unit the interior wall is warm but it is not warm on this one.

What have you tried so far?
We have already replaced the refer side door gasket but the problem is still occurring. My tech seems to think it is now the door closer assembly but isn’t entirely sure.
