it runs through normal cycle good but when I put it on casual, delicate, or hand washables cycle it will do everything but spin after its done draining
bypassed lid switch, changed spin tube, transmission, motor, and timer

The clutch assembly must be slipping on low speed spin. It may have oil in it from the old transmission/gear case. Either that or something may not be installed correctly. If you are agitating properly in all cycles and also spinning properly on normal cycle I cannot associate the issue with any other explanation. The clutch assembly part # is 285785 . I have attached a video link of a Whirlpool built Kenmore washer clutch replacement that is the exact same as you have. Good luck.
