We are servicing a Bosh dishwasher that stays stuck on the last minute of the cycle and water remains in the dishwasher. Any suggestions where to start?

Hello, Ahhh the one minute Bosch syndrome. What the most likely problem is the main control, they are infamous for burning out the heating circuit and the cycle will never end. I have attached two videos one is just dissasbly and the other shows you the burned out heater circiut. Hope this helps you out

Hi. We have had seen this same issue before. The issue is a bad relay on the control board. You may be able to see the burnt mark on the backside of the main control. You will need to replace the control board. part # 00676960. I could not find any tech sheet or guides on this unit for you.
