does not dispense water does not dispense ice

Hi. I have attached the service manual on this unit for you. Is the unit making ice and just not dispensing it, or not making any ice. Usually no water and ice means you have a water supply issue. First check to see if you have good water pressure to the unit. If so, make sure the water filter has been replaced recently. If this still does not fix the issue check to make sure the water reservoir is not frozen. You could have a faulty or clogged inlet valve as well. IF you are making ice and the unit is not dispensing ice or water you more than likely have an issue with the User interface (p#WR55X11087) or main control board (WR55X11098). If when you press the paddle to dispense ice or water and you do not hear anything and nothing happens then more than likely one of these is your issue. First try to unplug the unit for 10 mins to reset it and plug back in.
