I have this double wall oven. The MW display says door. I have run into this before but those MW’s have two cartridge fuses, and one would blow. This MW only has one fuse and it is good. The door switches checked good, but I replaced them anyway, still didn’t work. Anyone have an answer or suggestion ?

We had two occasions when the customer’s complaint was “door” in the display. One work order said they reset the circuit breaker and all was fine, the other work order said the tech found a bad connection on the disconnect plug in the back.
