This dishwasher we have seems to only be cleaning the bottom rack, the top has a lot of leftover stuff left on the dishes. I checked hot water coming in, and even cleaned the spinners out from another video I saw on here. Now what?

John, dishwashers tend to collect any leftover debris in the chopper and sump area and this could be what’s causing your unit to not clean as well. I’ll put a video below with a similar model to yours that shows how to access this area and get it cleared out for optimal operation. We do always check the spray arms as well so you were on the right track there. If this still doesn’t fix your issue, let us know. We’ll help with some other diagnostics from there.

You could also not be getting enough water into the dishwasher. This is easy to test. After your washer fills with water and starts to wash. open the door and add some water from your sink into the dishwasher. Listen if you can now hear the wash arms rotating better. See if this helps the wash. IF so you need to get better water pressure to the unit. Usually the shut off value will get clogged up and need to be cleaned or replace. OR the issue could be in the inlet valve.
