never worked on this model. 3 months old, cust complaint dishes still dirty, started unit thru wash cycle, jets on top and bottom wash arms are obviously clogged, tried taking them apart to clean with no luck, need service manual or advice on how to disassemble and repair this unit, model # lgid2475qf3a. also noted that top spray arm does not rotate even though water is shooting from arm, Its odd to me that jets are soooo clogged up for such a new machine. I have no information on this model because it is too new.
tried to take apart wash arms to clean, use small hook tool to clean some of the jets, the blue bottom wash circle came off, rinsed a bunch of gunk out of it. took top shelf out and used hook tool to clean out jets, not to successful, but it’s better

Hello, At this time all I can locate on this model is a pretty good parts blow up. If there is any blockage on the lower side of the lower spray arm it will not rotate as it should causing this issue also I would take all the spray arms off and run it and see if it sounds like a week pump or maybe something worked its way down there.
