Unit works great when empty. Once clothes are in I get a dc fault and tub bounces against the inside walls.
I will order the suspension rods, but I have never had any luck with the “rods” on similar units like the cabrio/bravos. This unit does not seem to have a bearing and shaft like the Cabrio’s. All ideas are appreciated.

DC error occurs when a Samsung washer is unable to spin due to an unbalanced load. In the same manner as to when the UE error occurs, redistribute the items inside the washer and press the Start/Pause button to clear this error. I have seen many of these where the drum also separates. Check the bottom of the spin basket closely to make sure it is not separating where the bottom meets the side wall. If this is okay, then I would suspect the suspension rods. I have had quite a few fail. If the spin basket is separating, you would need to replace it. Most of them had a 3 year warranty and possibly longer.
