I have ge refrigerator and the fresh food section its warm ,and the damper some times opens and another time dit not,,freezer its over freezing ,i change the damper and the sensor and still not responding,,please hepl

Hi. I have found a bulletin this issue with your unit. It says the damper needs to be replaced and part numbers are listed according to model. I have also attached the service manual on this unit for you. The issue could be your control board if not the damper. The service manual will advise on how to test to see what part is faulty.
