I have a Whirlpool quiet partner 3 model number GU2400XTPB3. The rinse cycle light keeps blinking and the time has — across it. I have reset the main circut breaker ( nothing) I ran the hot water in the sink( nothing). It will not clear or start the cycle. Help.

This unfortunately means that the rinse cycle button is stuck or shorted. To correct the issue you will need to replace the touch pad unfortunately. Here is a link to the part you will need to order and replace to correct the issue.
