No matter what I do the control goes to off after 5 seconds. I unplugged the box and when you plug it back in it displays 0 on the freezer side and 36 on the fresh food side. Then after 5 seconds the control goes to off and it never turns the comp. on . Any ideas I’m lost. Thank you.

HI. When you say “control” are you referring to the display? Is the display going off after 5 seconds of showing the temps? Are you getting any lights on the unit? Is anything such as the fans running? IF nothing is working it sounds like you have a main board issue. I have attached links to the part and a repair video.
