My Frigidaire Professional FPHD2491KF buttons don’t work. Well only two light up when I press them. The start button does not work so I can’t run the machine. Would that be a console assembly problem or a pc board problem? How would I find out which one needs to be replaced as I have searched many forums and websites indicating that it can be either the PC board or the Consol assembly (panel where you press buttons) Thanks!
I have tried unplugging and plugging hoping that it would reset but that didn’t work.Also tried to run a diagnostic check but cant as the buttons don’t work.

I would lean towards the console assembly. Usually when you get some buttons that do not respond or work on the console its a faulty console and not the board. I would replace the console.
