The temperatures were 17 and 45 and the control was set at the maximum. The drain is clear. When I arrived the unit was off as if the control was reading satisified when the temperatures were 17/45. All the diagnostics were passed. The complaint was that water is gathering in the drawer left hand bottom crisper. Upon inspection I saw condensation forming in that drawer on the glass shelf. All gaskets seal great. Is there a bullitin or problem with these of this nature and possibly long off times?

Hello
See technician guide below. If you are getting 17 degrees in the freezer and your temperature control is set on the highest setting , you clearly have a cooling issue. You should be getting -5 degrees to +5 degrees in the freezer. 38- 42 degrees in fresh food section. I would remove the cover of the evaporator and inspect the evaporator for an even frost pattern. I suspect you have : 1) The beginning of a defrost issue. 2) A starved evaporator with a sealed system leak. Both very common issues for your model refrigerator. The condensation forming in that drawer on the glass shelf is caused by a cooling issue. Matt Ace technician
