Hi. This is a 3 phase inverter compressor. Instead of having start components, it is controlled by an inverter control board. All 3 windings of this compressor should have the same resistance rating and should not be shorted to ground. IT looks like next to the main control board there is an inverter board for this compressor. p # EBR64173902 . Check to see if your inverter is getting proper power from the main control. The board should have a 2 terminal connector that is labeled as “L” and “N”. you should have 120V there. IF not your main control is not sending power to the inverter. IF you do have power here and your compressor is not starting/ not getting power, then you have a faulty inverter board. I have attached a similar tech sheet of your unit. It has compressor troubleshooting starting on page 19. Attached is a link to the inverter as well.

It’s strange. When it tries to start. I’m getting power to the compressor. But it can not start. And then the power failed to the compressor.

That is strange. I don’t believe you can check for proper power to this compressor since it’s controlled by an inverter without a special tool. Does a compressor try to start or make any noise or get warm? Did the compressor resistance check good? If yes and the compressor is not trying to start I would suspect the inverter.
