Everything else works but the compressor and condenser fan. The tech sheet is missing. Is it the control board or what?

Hello
You either have a defective condenser fan motor or a control board not sending voltage to the condenser fan motor. We have had many control boards not sending 120 volts to the condenser motor. To verify power check for 120 vac from line voltage and neutral at the compressor / condenser fan motor . It will be the RED & WHITE wires. if you do not have 120vac replace the main control board, if you have voltage replace the condenser fan motor. See technician diagnostic sheet link below.
