I put the unit in diagnostic mode and the icemaker would not work, so I cleared the code and changed the icemaker. Did the icemaker test, and everything seemed ok. Customer called and said still wasn’t working. The ice is frozen in the icemaker, but will not dump. Check codes and they are now code 2, 10, 7 all appearing 1 time 3 days ago. i am a little confused on what to due here. I think it is the thermistor in the icemaker compartment, but not 100% sure. Any suggestions?

See service bulletins on your model below. This unit is very common for FF evaporator motor causing moisture in freezer and ice maker assembly. I would check that first. Matt Ace technician

I don’t see any moisture anywhere on the fan or in the ice box. With the codes given, should I change the ice box thermistor?

Yes, the next step would be the thermistor. Just verify the fan is not intermittently shutting down.

We have found codes similar to yours on units with the Fan Moisture Kit Part# WR49X26666 . So if the thermistor does not clear the codes , I would move to the fan moisture kit next.
