cannot get it to cycle

Miriam, there’s a couple things that might be happening. We normally check the touchpad itself, and the control module behind it. I’ll attach a video of a similar model showing how to get inside the door and some diagnostics that should be pertinent. It may be one or the other, and in some cases, both. There’s also a lot of wiring in there, so check connections for the harnesses, etc. Ensuring they are in good condition. I’ll add the part links for those I mentioned, just in case you need them.
