The wash program selector is stuck on “Rinse” and will not move.

What have you tried so far?

I’ve tried running it through a cycle and it rinsed but still won’t let me change to any other setting. The front control panel seems to work fine. The bottom drawer also seems ok.

Hi Ed, Try swapping the motor controllers (computers) over between the two drawers to see if the fault carries over. Also, make sure to give the buttons a good cleaning to make sure they are not stuck in any fashion. Hope this gets you started on your repair.

Thanks Tony. Are there any instructions on accessing / removing the controllers?
