Hello
The model number you gave #RAL5144BW1 me was actually a part number for a clutch assembly. Can you double check your model number please. Thanks

Hello
Please double check your model number. The ars9266bs is a water filter part number. We would need the refrigerator model number.

Hello
There are two service bulletins on this product, see links below. I would go to the service manual link below and go to page #40 to enter the unit into the service mode. Follow the diagnostic steps from there to pinpoint the issue based on your symptom on page #41. Then page #42 will walk you through the diagnostics in more detail.

Hi. Your model number is not complete. Is shows 2 different options. Either a” /00″ or “/01” at the end of the model number. IF none listed it you would typically assume an /00 I found part # MJX41869201 for model ending in LFX25980ST/00. This is a dual valve located in the left refrigerator door. There is a panel at the bottom on the inside to remove to get to the valve.

Hi. sounds like you have checked anything that could be creating this frost. Normally the only time I find frost build up at the top of these units(on the ice and bottom side of ice bucket) is when the ice chute door is not sealing. Open and close the chute door a few times to see if the solenoid could be sticking. They get rusted up a lot of times. Shine a light down through the ice chute when the chute door is closed to see if you can see any light coming through. This will let you know if it is sealing good, if you have no light coming trhough. That and the door not sealing or being left open are what creates frost to form on items in the freezer. Possibly the fan motor not running properly all the time or air flow issues. check that the air ducts are free and clear too.

Hello
Have you run the unit through diagnostics ? If not see the Fast Track manual link below. Possible drain error.
Drain Pump Water Level Sensor will drain until low level sensor is detected. If Low level sensor is not detected after 60 seconds, Drain Error (‗Delicate‘ LED) will blink.

3E is a motor error. This could be the result of a number of things including: The PBA connector terminal is not connected. – The motor spin net is not engaged. – The motor’s internal coil is damaged (short-circuited or cut) – The hall sensor terminal is not connected. – Foreign material (a screw) has entered the motor.

In reply to: Not draining water

The “nd” error code you are getting does indicate a drain errror. I would start by checking the drain hose instillation and also checking for issues with the drain pump.
