Hello
See wiring diagram link below along with all ice maker diagnostics. Yes, the ERC does wire through the water inlet valve and ice maker. Have you manually harvested the ice maker ? If not go to test #44 on the technician sheet link below. This will test the ice maker and the water fill pressure and fill time.

Hello
The 4E error code corrections.
When the filling continues for more than 40 minutes or there is no change of water level for 6minutes.
① Hose Kinked or Check the water Supply Hose(Flood Safety hose is not supported)
② Water Valve Defect (Check resistance approximately 1K~2KΩ) or filter blockage
③ Wire Harness connection problem
④ Main PBA (Check for AC 120V)
⑤ Hose Pressure Hole
Causes
* Water supply valve fault
* Main PCB fault
* Water supply hose might be bent or use flood safe
Step 1
* If the water supply valve has a wire disconnected, reconnect the wire.
* Check whether the water supply valve is clogged with foreign material and whether water is supplied continually.
* Check whether no water is supplied because of freezing in the winter season.
* If the PBA relay operates abnormally, replace the PBA.
* Check the resistance for the water supply valve. Resistance: 1.0 to 2.0 kΩ between the terminals of the water supply valve.
* Check whether there is foreign material in the water valve filter.
* If the water supply valve filter is clogged, clean filter.
* Check the inlet filters dirty or clogged.

Hi. It looks like there is only one inlet valve on the back for this unit. I have attached the service manual for you. You could have a frozen water line or tank to the dispenser or the filter could not be engaged or a faulty filter housing.

That is a strange one. It is going off balance? are the shocks bad? Does it drain out properly? It should be throwing error error code. That makes it tough with out an error. does it do this with no clothes as well? Do you let it go through the whole spin cycle? it will get to high speed with only a few mins left.

d5 indicates an open door error. Check Door is properly closed, Check if there is a deformation of the door hook ,Fault of Reed S/W which is detecting if door is open or close ,Go to “Quick Test Mode” and then do Door lock/Unlock Test and Motor Test.

Hi. Sounds like you covered everything that would normally cause a frozen fill tube. I did not find any service pointers for this one. I know they had issues with poor insulation on these units. The main issue would be ice forming on the outside of the unit. This would be on the back of the unit. They had “blanket kits” for this. Check the back of this unit for that ice. Look for rust spots or condensation. The ice would form around water lines in the back. This could be why your fill tube is keeps freezing. Also, there is an update for the seals in the ice box. the issue would be frost and ice forming in the ice box around the ice maker.

We cannot find the specific error codes that you listed for your model number. However We did find that error code ending in numbers 51/52/53/54/55/56 as follows:
Element temperature sensor failure ID1/ID2.
1- Verify induction temperature sensor is connected properly at B71 or B81 as per wiring diagram.
2- Verify the inductor temperature sensor is installed properly and not damaged (measure approx. 100K Ohms at room temperature).
3- Replace induction generator housing ID1, ID2 I have attached the factory Service Data sheet specific to your exact model with all wiring diagram, error codes, and diagnostic procedures.

That error code you are getting indicates a water supply issue.
- AV Repair Help answered 5 years ago
The nd error code indicates a drain error. I would first start by checking for issues with the drain hose. After that check the pump for blockages or damage.

Hi. I have attached the tech sheet with wiring diagram for you. If you have power to the control board and it is not lighting up the control is faulty.
- Brian, Ace Appliance answered 5 years ago
Hi. I have attached a service manual for a similar unit. This is the only manual I could find that was close to your model. Was this the same one you already have? These units have a tech sheet under the console, unless it was removed by someone.
